- 2 to 4 unit properties now, small apartment buildings as we grow
- Within about an hour of the Northland (ZIP 64151), Missouri and Kansas
- Properties that can be financed, with light or cosmetic work at most

- Lenders: DSCR and investor-loan lenders, local banks and credit unions, and private lenders
- Property owners open to seller financing
- Professionals: property managers, inspectors, contractors, attorneys, CPAs and insurance agents
How we work
- We underwrite conservatively and write down our assumptions.
- We put agreements in writing and use licensed professionals for legal and closing work.
- We disclose Juliana's real estate license whenever we buy or sell for our own account.
